About Science&Technolgy office
Economic Development Group Science&Technology office (ED S&T) is the private organization in Ukraine concentrating on the area of technology transfer and commercialization. Our main objective is to establish and foster partnership between Ukrainian research institutes & businesses with businesses from South-East Asia.
Goals of ED S&T
Development of an extensive global science and technology network - Promotion of research collaboration between Ukrainian and Asian partners - Transfer and commercialization of technology and research from Ukrainian R&D institution
Aims of ED S&T
1. Promotion of cross-border science and technology networks between Ukraine and South-Eastern Asia and Oceania;
2. Activation of research collaboration between Ukrainian and Asian partners
3. Technology transfer and commercialization of applied researches of Ukrainian R&D institutions.
In 2006, UkraineRus Accelerator, which is the marketing and promotion arm of ED S&T, was established in Singapore as part of our long term growth strategy. In collaboration with ED S&T, UkraineRus Accelerator will further enhance our capabilities and presence in Asia, bringing the gap between Eastern Europe and Asia together.
ED S&T offers three-level cooperation to its partners in Ukraine:
- Promotion of Ukrainian R&D services and technologies within South-East Asian scientific community and markets
- Technology assessment, market research, IP protection strategy
- Negotiations, monitoring and completion of licensing and commercialization contracts
