TEPLOVODOENERGIYA. Utility industry is a starting point for development of new investment directions for our group. ED Group is planning to expand its activity in this industry and invest in the regional enterprises, which cover about 10% of the utility business in Ukraine. ED Group introduced new management standards after acquiring Teplovodoenergiya plc, which became a leader of the Ukrainian utility sector. On the basis of this company, we create a joint venture with a number of German companies. This project is aiming to impose new standards for energy saving business throughout Ukraine and Russia.
