Its portfolio includes JSC Khmel'nitskgas, JSC Zhytomyrgas, JSC Dnepropetrovskgas, JSC Nikolaevgas, JSC Rovnogas,
Zaporojgas and JSC Tismennizagas. CONCERN GAZTEK is engaged in gas transportation and
distribution market segment and controls 18% of the market share. By 2007,
CONCERN GAZTEK plans to increase its market share to 30%, as well as expand regional gas pipeline system
and establish Automobile Compressed Natural Gas Station Network with 120 stations nation wide.
